Shipping Rates and Methods

Orders placed before 4:00 pm EST are shipped from our warehouse next business day via Canada Post Expedited Service. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST are processed next business day and shipped out the day after. If you live locally, you may want to pick up your order. Orders will be ready for pick up 48 hours after they are placed. A $3.00 handling fee will apply. Unless otherwise specified pickup will be at the Mississauga location.

Shipping charges may be higher for heavy or oversized shipments or very remote destinations.

Approximate delivery times for major Canadian Centres

1-3 business days – Major cities in Ontario and Quebec
3-5 business days – Major cities in all other provinces
3-6 business days – Most other locations
4-8 business days – Rural locations

Shipping via Xpresspost in Canada generally cuts above delivery times in half.

U.S. Customers

U.S. customers will not be charged Canadian federal or provincial taxes on items or shipping. Please note all orders are charged in Canadian dollars. Our webstore gives the option to see the US prices as a general guideline. Rates subject to change and will vary with different credit card companies.

Remote Areas

If you are shipping to an address with one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote, and remote shipping rates will apply to your order. Normally, remote rates will cover most orders but if your order requires additional shipping costs one of our staff will contact you first before processing any additional charges.

Remote areas may also take a little longer to deliver to.
