If any product malfunctions due to manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace the item within thirty days of purchase. Simply return it to us, postage paid, and we will send you a replacement. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges. Each of our vibrators is tested before we ship it to make sure that it is working properly.
